| OOC: For clarification, when Emily shot up the sand, she killed her own fake-versions. They broke up similar to holograms. Emily stops for a moment... "Even if the sandstorm protects me from his Light, he can still hit me with a subterrainean attack if he senses me. And I do NOT want those tentacles to connect with me, even lightly. Damn, I need some kind of Darkness-type energy!" The sand will only be in the air for a short while longer, so, still on the defensive, she melts into an etheral-liquid form again and flows very quickly through the air, through the sand-cloud and right past Legion, to reform on the other side of him. "I've got an idea, but I have no idea whatsoever what will happen. Still, gotta take a risk..." She focuses energy real quick, and uses another ability. "Zraku Psi-Combo!" (echo effects) Magenta ether flares up instantly all around Legion, symbolizing an attack on him; This attack causes all consciousnesses nearby to attack each-other all at the same time, for light Psychic-damage per hit. This means, of course, against 5 or 6 people at once, it wouldn't amount to very much (each hit is definitely NOT powerful), but Legion has quite a few souls around him, and even if the consciousnesses are corrupted by Legion, they still count. This attack would result in Legion and all souls surrounding it to be instantly targeted with quite a bit of Psychic-damage. Emily's surprised she didn't attempt this before sheering his whole coat earlier. She hopes this will distract Legion from his subterrainean attack. The sand is dying down, and will be gone in half of Zerodius's next move... A large crater is now made in the sand where the underground explosion took place, meaning the flat surface of the Neo Universe is no longer perfectly flat. Tsk tsk... Zraku notices the sand dying down again. "Oh no... I'm gonna be at his mercy pretty soon..." She never thought she'd fear Red Light as much as she actually does now that she's had a taste of it. |

| OFF: Actually, the Red Light has stopped shining. The Red Light is a fearsome technique... and as such, require hefty amounts of concentration... read: Legion can't pull off his stronger attacks when using the Red Light... and since he's using the Earthquaker Spike tech during this turn, his Red Light is inactive. Note: Emily's attack didn't nearly worked since Legion's consciousness has "overwritten" the lost souls'... but since they still are separate entities from Legion, the attack worked... sorta. Unstead of inflicting damage, the attack caused Legion's attack to miss and also lowered his defense (since his body is unstable). ____________________________________________________________________ Unfortunately for Emily, Legion was just one big consciousness corrupting and twisting all the souls... and as such, the attack caused Legion to shake a bit... but since he was made of only a single consciousness, there wasn't many ways for Legion to strike himself. Still, since a small, faint hint of individuality was left in Legion's most recent victims, it still disrupted Legion's attack... and also caused the souls making up Legion's coat of souls to stop grasping each others, fragmenting the armor and making the monster's real body vulnerable... Legion: "Get a load of this!" Legion taunted the angel without even noticing that his body had grown unstable due to Emily's attack... BOOOM! BOOOM! BOOOM! BOOOM! Suddenly, GIGANTIC spikes (they were like, several hundred times larger than Emily) made of lost souls and human bones pierced throught the ground, each time causing a powerful (and harmful) earthquake each time as well as flinging an impressive amount of sand upward! Four of those gigantic spikes pierced throught the ground... and all attacks missed, striking meters away from Emily... but the powerful shockwaves and earthquakes created by the spikes may still harm the angel... if she is on the ground. If she took it to the skies, then the sand flung upward may hamper her visibility or even force her to land. (edited by Zerodius on 10-30-05 11:33 PM) |
