I did read the thread, and specifically, that Quebec is apparently some guy who needs his independence, then the rest of you are talking about the province of Quebec. It seems entirely off-topic. Why would I not be serious? I think this is a very stressful situation! Clearly, there is some fellow named Quebec and he is not getting his independence! And strangely, there are people who think he should not have it either! I wonder if he is a criminal.

Well, I tried to get more information, but it seems that no one feels like explaining this dreadful situation. And when I look up Quebec on the Internet, all I get is information about the province.

But...
