The Lakitu in charge of the game show's filming panned over the audience with his camera sweeping toward the newly infamous remake of the world reknowned Jeopardy! stage. However, the multi-screened plasma television (which has several undiscovered talents, I'm sure) was void of the project, and now replaced by a normal plasma screen that covered the same space. The contestants' podiums on the stage seemed to be displaced to the audience. The entire auditorium was filled with similar podiums that anybody could come in and use. The only thing that seemed to remain constant was the stage, the host's podium, and the show's technical crew hidden in the shadows.

Announcer: Hello and welcome to Acmlm's Board's very own Jeopardy!. It's just the same as the orgininal syndicated television game show, except I'm not Johnny Gilbert ... or Don Pardo for that matter. Well, I guess there are several other differences as well. For instance, this game isn't limited to just the three contestants. Instead, the entire audience is invited to play. Plus, there are no Daily Doubles and ... you can't pick the questions you want asked. I'm sorry we're so lame.

Anyway, if you're completely new to Jeopardy!, you should know that this is a trivia(l) game show that usually cover the topics of history, literature, and pop culture. The thing that seperates this game show from every other game show is that we give you the answer. Pretty cool, huh? ... the fine print is that you have to give us the question. Don't quite understand? Well, here's an example:

Answer #0
These two European contries came into existence on January 1, 1993.

Announcer: Then you'd give us the question.

Question #0
What are the Czech Republic and Slovakia?

Announcer: Easy as pie. You'd get the point value for the question in dollars if you got it right, but if you got it wrong, you'd lose the point value for the question in dollars. Thus, the jeopardy. Just remember, you have to give the question in a question format ... oddly enough.

Now, I don't want to keep you all waiting, so if anything else pops up that requires explaining, I'd be happy to when the time comes. Now without further ado, here's your host: Teddylot.

Teddylot shuffled onto the stage from behind the giant red curtain. He made his way up to his podium and waved casually toward the audience. After climbing a small stair of books, the teddy bear host was finally visible for all to see. A polk-a-dot bowtie was complementing his figure and the rest of his attire ... a pair of pants.

Teddylot: Hello, citizens! I'm your wonderfully awesome host, Teddylot, and I'll be ... umm ... your host, I guess. Entertainer, maybe? I'll have to get my detective on that one. Anyway, everybody's invited to play. Just be sure to tell me the name you want to go by--none of this name change hurby scurby going on--your first try answering (or should I say "questioning"), so that our technical crew can put you up on the scoreboard lickety-spick without confusion. Now, to get started.

The first category we're going to dealing with is Nursery Rhymes. Worth $600; here is your first answer.

Answer #1
She's the gardening aficionado described as "quite contrary."

Teddylot: Ready ... GO!STOP! ... err, buzz in when you think you know the answer.

The game show's music blares loudly as the show's first guest takes up a podium spot and grins merrily. Upon hearing the question, Grey slams his buzzer.

Grey: "Who is Mary?"

He looks over at Kirbynite, who has presumably taken a seat at the podium next to him, and grins.

"Grats, you've just taken your first step into a much larger world. I'll be one of your worthy opponents tonight."

*The clueless looking Smallhacker enters the room, followed by a small gray droid. After asking the droid where the heck he was, he walks up to a podium only to accidently tip it over*

"Sorry. I-I'll pay for that..."

*Smallhacker walks up to what he belives is the next podium (which actually is a garbage can turned upside down)*

"Smallhacker is ready to do... whatever you're doing in here..."

*Shuffle shuffle shuffle* a small pink ball walks behind a podium.

ATW: Ahem.... a little help over here?

A member of the stage crew walks over with a rather large block. It disappears behind the podium, and the top of the pink ball appears behind the top of the podium, still just a little too short. Another block is brought out, and the rest of the pink ball can be seen.

ATW: Finally... I hate being short.

The pink ball jumps to his podium and grabs a signal button. He hops back over and sits on the boxes.

ATW: Ready... finally.

ATW smiles at Emptyeye

ATW: I hope you have a plan to get back to the pits, because Im not taking you.

Teddylot: ... I smell ninja.

Answer #2
In a Mother Goose rhyme, this little boy gets his head patched up "with vinegar and brown paper."

Teddylot: You know what ... from now on I'll be keeping the point worths secret ... to add intrigue and all that. Intrigue like a bald man going in to get a haircut.

Announcer: Oh, and the show's producer--

Teddylot: --That's me! and not Merv Griffin--

Announcer: --urges you to support your local comic book shop ... Umm, I mean ... uh ...

Teddylot: Don't intercheat!!!

Announcer: WE URGE YOU *disgruntled* to not use the internet to find answers--questions, I mean.

Teddylot: ... yep.

Steve: Does it work?

Dr. Weird: OF COURSE IT WORKS, Steve. Now turn it on.

Dr. Weird disappears from inside the teleporter. No one knows where he was sent.......yet

Hut, hut, hut, hut, hut ... Twelve black-suited, broad-shouldered, heavy-set agents hired by the Teddylot Productions Studio jumped up from out of nowhere, tackling the infamous Dr. Weird to the ground. They restrained the old man's body and preceded to remove him from the filming session.

Announcer: I guess he didn't know exactly how you like to run things, bear.

Teddylot: His fault he didn't do research before talking. To warn the rest of you who haven't had the pleasure of participating in one my game shows (which means ... Kirby ... nite,) I host game shows with an iron-fist, blantantly horrible humor, plot-devices, and special task forces.

Super Scoreboard:

Grey: $600
Kirbynite: $0
neotransotaku: $0
SmallHacker: $0
Emptyeye: $0
Kirby ATW: $0
Luigi-San: $0
Dr. Weird: $0 *temporarily removed from show for schooling purposes*

Announcer: Good to see that NSNick is finally back to normal.

Teddylot: Naming-wise and status-wise.

Announcer: Oh oh, category change. QUICK! SCRAMBLE! In the news 1924

Answer #3
In 1924, he played 153 games for the Yankees and led the league with forty-six home runs.

Teddylot: Too bad the answers haven't gotten any harder to question.

Promptly, Dr. Weird was tossed back into the filming studio by the task force brutes. His wrists and ankles were tied up, his mouth gagged, and he landed in a way that exposed the scar he'd received on the rear from the recent bout. Actually being a branding, it read: "Don't ask stupid questions."

Announcer: No ... what?

Teddylot: Each time we announce a new answer we should do it when NSNick's not around.

Announcer: ... BLASPHEMY!!! *sprays holy water on Teddylot*

Answer #4
He won the 1924 presidential election four months after his son died of a tennis injury.

Teddylot: You know, this brings my memories back all the way to ye old Presidents 411.

Announcer: Yeah ... we never ended up tallying up the points, though.

Teddylot: Wouldn't have mattered, really, since ... well, why bother announcing a winner when everyone knows it's already NSNick? He's like the Automatic Answering Maching ... or Automatic Questioning Machine depending on where you're coming from.
