| Ladies and gentlemen, it is very rare that a ROM hack comes along which better acheives the purpose of its original game. Think Sonic 2 Delta. Think Mario's Adventure. Hacks that take the original goal and go beyond. Obviously, THQ and the Sonic Team intented to make one GAY game. Well today, we have gone further. Me and ShadowChaotix/SGR have over-dealt the game's original theme, with an audio overhaul (not music though, ugh) and minor graphics tweak. It is none other than: Sonic Advance 3: Extreem Manseckz With more mangrip and pwnage then you can shake a rofl h47 at. You can get the IPS patch here. There are instructions for using the patch in the .rar. But what would be a hack without screenies? It's be pretty lame, but we're not going that far.         (Every game needs a dancing text kirby cameo.) Stop looking at screenies! Play the thing and/or discuss! |

FUCKING. AWSOME. I am going to play this NOW. OMG This is awsome. I own this game, but never completed it as I lost it  I played it and the sheer greatness is that you figured out how to change the sounds, and how you changed them. I swear hearing Eggman yell "BUTTHOLE" or Sonic with a French Voice saying "Oui Oui" or Knuckles acting like that guy from Pulp Fiction just makes me crack the fuck up. Also the gfx changes are hilarious in themselves, because its just so damn stupid! This something everyone should try just for the kicks. Also, good job on the Sound Test. | Maybe we all need to stop and think that not everyone likes the same type of humor. Take Napoleon Dynamite for instance. You either laughed your ass off at it, or you just plain hated it. That's what I see here in this thread. Either you think it's some funny stuff, or you think that's it's the most retarded hack to come since Super DARRK World. From the screens, it looks a bit humorous to me. I suppose I would check it out, because everyone needs a break from the seriousness that most people put into hacks these days. |

In this hack, it's purposefully bad. It's so bad, that's it's hilarious. Tell you what. You can make a hack where sonic says, "I do say Tails, I believe that Napolean has been somewhat jipped in the recent Luisiana purchase." To which Tails may retort soem whitt punchline, such as, "Sonic, obviously Napolean needed a hand, he's likely short on cash. I DEFY the lot of you. Make an honestly funny hack using high-brow humor. Not playing around with a game's programming or layout. Or, cite one, in the history of ROM hacking. "I dunno about you, but that *so* sounds pissy to me. I'm not saying the hack is funny, I'm just saying stop being so damn offensive and shit against him." Hey, we seriously need to lighten up. "I don't like this style of ROM hack" is ok. Everyone is entitled to their oppinion. Everyone here is allowed to think that my work is complete shit, as I'm allowed to think the same for theirs. (Of course I don't, everyone here is fairly talented). However, this is the internet. Many people want to offend. It's perfectly fine for people to be outright lewd, slanderous, and offensive, and it's fine to call, or my work, dirty names, etc. I know it sounds ironic coming from a man who just made a hack with "XD BOOBIES" in it, but the lot of you have a good deal of growing up to do.
