Well now I'm thinking I'm worrying too much about my appendix seeing as nothing is wrong with me. Except that with my constant worry about it being there and my scare earlier this year when I had a sharpe pain on my right side that was caused form a pulled muscle. This, however, is not a pulled muscle but I feel pain all along my lower right and sometimes on my left side. I have no idea how to stop feeling this pain whether it's really there or not. It started like two weeks ago and hasn't really stopped. I'm not sure what to do now. Not to mention that sometimes I feel nauseous because of it.

If you had appendicidice you would know. You would have an UNBEARABLE pain and you would begin to become feverish. There is no way you could have it for two weeks and it wouldn't burst.

See I have never had appedicites before... so I have no idea why my right side is causing me pain.

Are you positive they aren't typical cramps?
Appendicitis would have you feeling much more pain. You would already have gotten it checked out, because the pain is too much for someone to just shrug off. Maybe it could be connected to your kidneys, but I'm certainly no doctor and don't know any illnesses that would cause pain.
If you're genuinely worried about it, go get it checked out.

I had cramps a few days before my period, which is the first for me. Damn PMS sneaking up on me like that. So I know it's not that seeing as I'm over that time of the month now.

Well I am not a girl so I don't get that. xD So maybe you should just ask you parents to take you to the doctor.

If its been two weeks, you should be feeling sharp pains (can be sharp enough to make it difficult to stand) and have flu-like symptoms such as vommiting and as already mentioned, a fever.
It could be possible that your nauseous feeling is related to your anxiety. There could also be many other reasons for this pain. Thats why you need to see a doc.

I would get it checked out though immediately. If it is appendix, don't worry, as yucky as surgery might be, it can easily be removed and it takes only a week to recover.
However, if that sucker explodes (if you wait too long), you'll be in the hospital for way longer than a week. And you'll know for sure when the little dude explodes.

I've never had this myself, but i know people who have.

Anyway, hope you feel better soon.

Thanks seanbabaganoosh for the info and of course the pain hasn't been sharp enough to immobilize me nor have I had any other symptoms. Kind of like annoying hard pokes or something like that, kind of hard to explain really. It did't happen that much yesterday but if it does keep continuing for another day or so. I will have to tell my mom seeing as it's quite annoying.

no problemo.
Try pressing down hard on the spot where you feel the discomfort. If you feel something sharp, then you know something is wrong. But do it slowly; gradually apply the pressure.

I've been doing that when I think something is wrong and nothing is. I guess I had or have major anxiety about that.

Why don't you just tell your mom about it and go see a doctor? Putting it off will get you nowhere.

The exact same thing has been happening to me. I'll get it for a few random days, and then it'll go away for a few months, and then randomly start again. And every time it happens it freaks me out. Weird.

Yay I'm not alone. Too bad that doesn't seem like it would be a good thing though.

I had sharp stabbing pains which I thought were my appendix.

I got it checked out by a doctor, and it was the cyst on my ovary that they removed.

Get it checked out. Don't ever ignore sharp pains in your abdomen.
