| 1 was great. when it came out, i played it with my friends all the time. 10/10 i got 2 and 3 on ROMs last year. I played 2 and it seemed okay, just kinda... boring, but maybe it's because i'm older. 3 was rubbish, and Advance just completely sucked. In both of them, you need to sit through talking and talking and talking before you actually hit a board map. Even then the gameplay was crap. | |||

Six was much better than some of the more recent ones, but the CPUs are stil pretty dumb, especially when it comes to the Flutter Orb (which takes you right to the Star space). In the same game, one comp threw away his Flutter Orb when he could have used it to go to a Star space and buy a star--he had enough coins. Then, at another time, one comp used the Flutter Orb when he didn't have enought coins.  If the comps are on hard mode, they can be pretty hard and smart on some of the mini-games. |

| I really like the Mario Party games. The environments are simply amazing. I also like the enemies-are-now-playable-characters thing (My favorite is Boo). I'd probably choose Magikoopa if he was an option, though. The orbs are certainly an interesting addition. I'm getting Mario Party 7 (and 8 if they make it). | |||

| I've only rented the Mario party series but never owned any. So far I've rented Mario Party 4 & 6. I don't see why I want to own them because I'm more into games that are mostly 1P but have some multiplayer in them and Mario Party is much more fun when playing with some friends but I rarely have anyone come to my house. | |||

| I love Mario Party games, their real fun if you have 4 people...also a perfect game to play with your gf (the ones for gc allows you to be on a team against cpu). As long as they keep making them, I'll keep buying them....though I think they should lower the prices, Mario Party 5 is still at $50! |

MP4 was a piece of shit, I should know (I own it;_ MP1 and MP6 are my favorites, but I'm going to get MP7 when it comes out. I liked the 4-player team minigames in MP1, tossing those was the worst idea ever, and in MP6 I really liked using all the secret commands in verbal assault. The goombas were very effective coupled with the missile. |
