Hey! I think I've made some progress! Not really... The real question is, is VL-Tone kidding? |

That's some awesome coding, then. A game programmed in polygons. OF COURSE! Who wouldn't think of that?

Yeah sorry I couldn't resist BGNG: Yes polygon based programming is the way of the future, for example, Samus running speed is adjusted according to 4 triangles that change size depending on the analog stick position. (Edit: To prevent really ruining sarcasm in this thread, I removed the link I posted earlier.) Has anyone found the TSA data used to make the triangles? Oh and how do I edit the palettes in this? I tried using a hex editor but didn't see any colors, just a bunch of nubmers and letters.

I figured out the missle data! At an offset between pi and 8917237169875913597638566854375474466.8 there is a 31.871 bit bisigned integer that determines what type of missles you have and how many. For example, changing the value to 348196792.2111 will give you 1224 Super Saiyan Missles of DOOM!!! By changing it to 42424242.42 You get the infinite improbability beam. It edits infinitely random addresses in the RAM to cause weird infinitely improbable effects to happen such as make the starship that the federation troopers were on (called the Titanic) to crash onto the planet TWICE!! You can also make Conan appear in front of you and tell you to DO A BARREL ROLL!!!!!

I don't remember seeing bears in MP2, could this be a hidden enemy? |

WOULD YOU GUYS QUIT MESSAGING ME ABOUT MP2 ASM HACKS?! I'm just a Super Mario World hacker! (Okay, seriously, this joke's gone on long enough. Long story short, quit asking for editors. Either learn to make them yourself, or provide enough detailed data to possibly get someone interested in making one. And no, "I think the levels start somewhere around $xxxx" doesn't count as "detailed data.") |
