I'm going to go with honest Abe... He practically reunited a nation that was divided by a civil war.. How can you get more inspiring? kt |

You spelled Mussolini wrong in the poll. I'd have to go with Lincoln too. Emancipation Proclamation, woo. |

I'm going with Other. My own inspiration is either Jean-Jacques Rousseau or Tommy C. Douglas. But the single most inspirational figure in history has either been Muhammad or Jesus. Even Sidharta Guathama...I'm actually gambling on the latter for being the most inspirational person, ever. |

I'm going with Patton here, no contest. No other military leader (American that is) has been more of an inspiration to his troops then this hero right here. | |||

You have Mussolini and Lenin, but no Hitler? I wouldn't chose him anyway, but he got peope to follow him in his killing spree of like 7 million. Anyway, I chose Ghandi. He unied 2 nations, thats pretty cool. |

11 million. 6 million Jews. 5 million others. 50 million if you consider the war his entire work. Ghandi freed India from Britain and then caused two nations to split into violent religious conflict that culminated into him being killed. |
