Okay in the background that I am demoing it comes out okay except the Textbox that I put in isn't going over the original one for no background. I was just wondering if anyone could help me out with that.
I am using <textarea rows="5" cols="40"> </textarea>
were am is supposed to put that?

You shouldn't use a text box for your layout, or else you won't be able to use smilies, HTML or images. Plus I think it breaks the layout editor.
