| It's doubtful that we'll be looking to full reconfigure the staff again for a long time. One of the objectives in this reshuffle is to arrive at a staff set that is flexible and can be maintained on a regular basis. The last major application was about three years ago, so I'd wait at least 'till 2008  |

| Most of the time, there are forums that really just don't need the mods but lesse here... Officer's - Yea, that might be a good idea to have ONE at least. World Affairs - You know, Ziff could take this again even though he's full. IRC - Relatively inactive. (Sex and Surv still come to mind) Programming - I guess it could use one. FF Series - Pfff... Online Gaming - A little better than Pfff.... And you also realize that there are an abundance of Full Mods and Admins right? |

| I think the Officer's Club and World Affairs forums should defnintely be watched by a moderator, whether it is one specific to that forum, or a full mod or admin who checks regularly. I wonder if people figured those two forums would be too tough to moderate, so they didn't sign up for either of them... |

| In all honesty, I'll probably be covering FF as long as I'm able. And it wouldn't take much to check in on Online Gaming while I'm at it. Debate has Ziff and myself poking in pretty often anyway, so it's covered by full mods. |
