| This thread is meant for everyone to post any sketches they happen to draw in here. Hopefully, it'll keep people motivated enough to show off what they've been drawing lately, and somesuch. I'm sure a few people here (Taryn included) would get a kick out of this. Also, don't screw around. Something stupid like what max did right below this one is a fine example. | Since I have it with me, I'll scan a page of math notes I drew some crap on. I was bored. I don't know why it picks up like every eraser mark. It doesn't look this dirty in person.  I messed with scanner settings but didn't know hwat I was doing.   I like how that monster looking thing turned out, so about a month ago I had made a pixel version  I intend to color it better, fix the back leg, and put it on Pixel Joint after I get out of school (one week!) |

While I'm usually against generalized topics such as this, I think this one existing is fine. Anyway, sketches! Quint's head. In marker (except the skin). Done in the school library one seventh period when I was bored.  This one depicts a scene from the Story Forum FF6 parody The Evil Reign II. Basically, my character (JDavis) had invented shoes that when coming into contact with a large body of water (not a puddle or rain, mind you) would inflate to raft-proportions for the wearer and others to float away to safety on. Then he fell in a river head first and they inflated upside-down, sort of trapping him beneath them. This one's quite old, but I don't draw JDavis much.  It speaks for itself.  Other sketches slapped together for the sake of it. Some are pretty old. In a mostly left to right order... Phantom Abyll, Kirbynite as an Unknown (or whatever their official name is) from the Kingdom Hearts series, a dollar sign, Ninja_Cow, my name, a random Ninja Turtle wearing Megaman X's helmet, Zero, an original robot master I created named Spray-Paint Man, and a crappy Donatello and an attempt to incorporate the TMNT's weapons into their names. |

| I still say that Cowboy Bebop thing is awesomely awesome XD And I'm looking spiffy in that Unknown getup.. Well, since I feel more comfy with posting stuff in this place, I might as well grace you all with my doodles  ;I drew these pictures while at work. (I work in a liquor store, and it tends to be slow on weekdays). I was also listening to video game music... This is a bit obscure... It's based on Chrono Trigger... This is loosely based on Kingdom Hearts, heh.. If you don't know where this is from, there is no hope for you, young one. The following pictures were made to be character concepts for a comic I'm hoping to start. (Hoping due to laziness and writer's block ). It's based on the world of Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles.This here is Arminas, a selkie. And this here is Lily, the Lilty. As you can see, she really doesn't look like a normal Lilty (if you played the game, that is.) And that moogle.. um.. He's just there. I drew this picture in flash. Eh, nothing too major here... Drawn a month ago... I think... Drawn for my friends birthday in may Drawn sometime in November. Drawn... sometime...Personally, the Birthdays one (Without the words) Is the best one I have ever drawn. The last two look weird because I wanted to go with an pseudo ink feel by upping gamma and contrast... I have learned better now. There are more... These are just the good ones. |

Woo, got some more to show: I was doodling this one in math. Whenever I had a day where I was bored, I would start drawing in another panel. Of course, a huge explosion was supposed to happen in that cloud of drones, but I just couldn't think of how to do it in the final panel. That is, of course, Knight, a robot I drew a while ago. Oh well, might as well post my attempts at animeish random character drawing~  I also made a sketchy coloured version of this, which I like more since I cleared up the lines a little...but this is the sketch thread, so, yeah. As you probably see, I had a hard time at drawing any textile whatsoever. |

| I actually tried to make a pixel Yoshi of that, replacing the paper with an egg. It really didn't go anywhere because I was shot for coloring ideas. How would it fit in a hack? Here are some sketches of mine that I did at home, hopefully better quality than my math boredom.   The second one I took with my camera cuz it just wouldn't scan half decent.. I don't even know how I pulled the first one off, I constantly have my scans look like crap. Am I missing a secret? I try to focus on action poses.. most of those are things I copied by looking in old Nintendo Power magazines. Right after this post I will be looking up tutorials, I want to get better at this. |

Here's one from yours truly. Drew it while figuring the length requirements for this little project of mine. ((Annoyingly large file size because I know nothing of computers and stuff.)) It's not much ... just a half a comic. Never actually got around to adding the punchline. It probably would've gone along the lines of: Kirbynite: B-but ... I just saw you fall ... h-how did you get ...? Teddylot: *pulls out an enormous from out of nowhere* It's called "Cartoon Physics." You should read up on it. *leaves* Kirbynite: *stares at the book for a bit* ... how am I supposed carry this thing ...? *sigh* Not funny, I know, but that's what you get from two seconds of my time.
