Keh, typical Windows. Maybe someone can tell me why I can't open Regional And Language Options then? It just closes immediately, before anything even appears on the screen. I've done virus and spyware scans and copied a fresh version of intl.cpl from the install CD but no matter what I try it won't open. |

have you tried opening it in safe mode? if it opens in safe mode, then it must be something you are running. | |||

If you have SP1 or 2, and the file you copied from the CD isn't compat with SP1/2, that could be the problem. The version tag on mine is: "5.1.2600.2180 (xpsp_sp2_rtm.040803-2158)" |
