Just wondering if this existed... I need to test a program, and to do so I need to have a BitTorrent download running. Thing is I don't want to waste bandwidth downloading a big file I don't want... I don't suppose there's a place where I can download say 100MB at a constant, really slow speed? (Possibly even zero, just to have the download running even if it doesn't actually make any progress.) Oh and no, the program isn't a BT client. |

Just download, say, a speedrun from bisqwit's page (google = friend) and set the max. download speed to 1 kb/s? Just find a one-seed torrent of a small file there, I'm sure they're plenty) |
