I'm gay for them. I've got all the LPs, most of the EPs, and totally had a picture of Isaac Brock in my room that said "making date rape fun again." Et tu? (edited by merc on 03-29-04 09:09 AM) |

They're OK. I have "The Moon and Antarctica". I need to pick up "The Lonesome Crowded West", though, I've heard it, and love it (moreso than "The Moon and Antactica"), but I haven't seen it out at a store.

They are difficult to find. I agree, The Lonesome Crowded West is better. Their new album comes out April 6th.

Originally posted by merc Well, I've seen multiple releases (just now LCW) in Best Buy. I bet that if I went to Ear X-Tacy (local store that's total pwnage), I'd be able to find some rare EPs and odd stuff like that. I know they have the "Float On" single on vinyl... But uh, yeah. "Good News for People who Love Bad News" (or something very similar), April 6th. |

A kid around here bought the Float On single, but refuses to open it. He's waiting for his second order to come in.

Merc: That's a little much... I just got the new album today. First time I got an album the day it came out in years. And yes, it's quite good. And aromatic, even. (Whaaat? Don't act like you don't love that new CD smell. ) |
