| Sonic and Knuckles barely edges out Sonic 2 as my favorite Sonic game. Sonic 3 is probably the one I like the least because I've never been able to beat it. I just can't get past a certain section of the casino style place... |

| I've enjoyed every Sonic game released thus far, but the first one will always hold this special place in my heart that can only be reached by playing it. (or something mushy like that) It was the one that started them all, so it gets my vote, no matter how much fun I have with the other ones as well. |

| They're all great, but I gotta say, pure bread speed and levels where you can really use that speed to just go flying through them once you've played the game enough, gotta go with Sonic 2. I'd go one next cause I love the levels in the game. Then S&K followed up by 3 and 3S&K. I liked some of the things you could do with the different shields in the new games, but not as much as the pure speed in the second. | |||

| Sonic the Hedgehog 3 and Sonic & Knuckles were one game, Sega just cut it in two to make more money. Since the full experience of Sonic 3 & Knuckles is what I SHOULD be voting for, Sonic & Knuckles will get my vote. ...But seriously, they shouldn't be seperate options. |

To be honest, I preferred the original to 2 and 3. Just seemed so fresh for the time with great gameplay and music.  Nothing wrong with the others, but this is a case where going classic is best. |

| Wow, I saw I think ... 1 person mention Sonic CD? Yeah I love the Hedgehog series, and S&K to death, grew up playing them all the time, but seriously, Sonic CD blows them away.
