1) no posting
2) massive spamming
3) getting banned

i'll add a fourth -- ask not to be included into ACS stats we do have the right don't we?

...I actually doubt Colleen would do that.

Althought I know a certain person that would ask to be not included becuse I heard he even used Javascript to hide his post count...

neo got it.

- Not making the rankings (DUH).
- Massive spamming, which can lead to removal from the rankings OR a post penalty.
- Being banned from the board, which leads to removal from the rankings for that day (exception being a requested ban).
- Asking not to be included, which is REALLY rare and usually only happens when people are pressured into doing so. I also don't like it since then I have to constantly make adjustments if the person still actively posts.

Yea, I think I've asked Colleen before about not being on the ACS, but that fell through. I don't want to be a bother to Colleen, so he doesn't have to remove me or anything like that.

I'm not sure if it was you, but someone did once and I explained how much of a pain that would be.

Erk was removed from the February rankings last year, I think, after people called him out on spamming and the like. It was only for the month but it was still a pain.

it seems your DSL problems are happening more and more often now Colleen? i guess your provider doesn't offer a dial-up backup?
