there was a brief outage today but nothing major. I've never noticed the site to be slow at all so it must be your location

Well, I have seen others complain about it in posts and such. No one lives anywhere near me, so as far as I know its the server this thing is on, especially since it is the only one that has the slow down problem, every other site I go to works fine and fast.

Well, the server have took alot of time to render the pages sometimes. And the MYSQL server did go fritz a few seconds after I checked on the board again. I guess it needs a restart, if it hadn't got one already.

Define "average".

And if there were a few minor problems on the board, then that's what they were - minor. I don't think the whole thing went ka-ka for an hour or so. Maybe a few minutes at a time max but people can be patient.
