I have a question to ask, I just finished working on the title screen graphics and I wanted to change the music to something different, is it possible I could change this to some thing different say like the special stage's music from super mario world ? also I am working with the over world editor and I need to know if I can move level tiles somewhere else if this is possible came someone please tell me how ? I have been at this for more than a week and I still don't know how to move the damn level tiles around..... ! |

For the music question, if you just want to change to to a different song that's already in the game, I assume using the 'Bypass Music and Time Limit Setting' dialog box would work. Make sure you open level C7, then click the button with the note block on it, and look in the dropdown box for the song you want. As for moving levels around on the overworld, make sure you're in Layer 1 16x16 Editor mode (the first Ghost House button), click on a level tile, then drag it to where you want it. At least I think that's what you're asking. If you want to know something else, go ahead and ask it |

Ah yes, Atma X posted this a while ago... 18C7: Title screen music 1924: Intro screen music 8984: Goal point music 4BBD: Goal point fade-out music E416: Keyhole music D24F: Boss defeated music 16B3: Boss castle destruction sequence music #1 657D0: Boss castle destruction sequence music #2 1937: Bowser scene 1 music 1A9C2: Bowser scene 3 music 780B: Death music 52DE: Game Over music Each of these bytes specifies which track to play. Keep in mind that not all tracks are available at all times... You can't use OW music in a level, or level music on the OW; you can use OW music on the title screen though. Also, not sure quite what this means, but: 033A or 033B Makes all Levels use Music Bank 2 (033B---Value FE keeps the Title Screen on Bank 1 and the Levels on Bank 2) And to find them, search for A9 xx 8D FB 1D or A9 xx 8D DA 0D, replacing xx with the track #. |

All those addresses can be found in the default Lemetaal data file. By the way... I'm pretty sure that the "Boss castle destruction sequence music #2" byte is wrong. |
