I'm expecting too much from the movie.. Mostly because of its posters, all that dark thing and sunset scenario.. I liked that and also Cillian Murphy as the Scarecrow.. I saw a trailer at the cinema, but it wasn't a big deal, mostly because it was one of the first trailers for it.. |

There are better trailers out there than the one shown during the super bowl.
This movie certainly looks to be a return to form. Time will tell.
I cannot say I care much for the new batmobile however.

The trailer that I saw during the Superbowl, was a bit lame...and Im not that hyped up about the movie that I thought I was going to be.....but anyway, here's some new news on the flick.
Warner Bros.' official "Batman Begins" site is offering up new photos, screensavers, wallpaper, interviews and more. The film which opens June 17th, here in the U.S., is described on the site as an exploration of "the origins of the Batman legend and the Dark Knight's emergence as a force for good in Gotham."
The downloads include seven different wallpapers and buddy icons for AIM. Three videos are included: the teaser trailer, a trailer and a TV spot. Info hasn't been posted yet for their contests or any mobile downloads but those should be coming soon as noted on the site.
There are interviews with Nathan Crowley (production designer), Lindy Hemming (costume design), and David Goyer (writer). Goyer says in his interview that "I had a very schizophrenic experience when I was working on this project. On one hand I was a professional, meeting with Chris Nolan and Warner Bros. and DC Comics, but on the other hand I was just this fan, this geek, this kid that read comic books when I was growing up."
The opening page of the site looks pretty cool, though.... |
