Heh, one match was certainly funny.
As soon I added a bot, the other guy lagged out. Now that was fun. XD
I'm using XP SP2. Still hadn't even touched that limit. |

...Couldn't you just fiddle with the Firewall settings?
(This, of course, coming from someone who has Windows fully patched and up to date save for SP2.) |

Make me wonder if Hiryuu was using SP2 for XP. If he was then that would be the cuase of the more then 5 connection errors...unless you patch it. Just a thought~ |

You can look up and down but there's a little thing called aiming. Doom doesn't exactly have the best aiming model in regards to FPS games. |

Becuse it's one of the new things added in the port. It wasn't there in the orginal Doom.
This is not the orginal, if you thought that. It even have new level features, althought thoose are only visible in custom wads. |

I'm actually quite sure it has more to do with the ping rates than the connection upstream somehow. Then i'm really not keeping a eye on how much bandwidth Doom legacy is using.

Server speed likely has to do with a person's connection given that Legacy isn't a terribly complex program to run.
I have an 80kb/sec connection as I've said before, but it's not always stable. I think we should just tax Hiryuu's modem and then calculate from there. |

I have a real Constant connection. It almost never goes down, I just don't know the upload speed....254 kilobits per second....254 kilobits = 31.75 kilobytes Hmm I could be a server but I would have to have help setting it up and would have to have less then 4 people it seems.I will just get the WAD when trying to connect to on of your servers. |

We were under the impression that the WADs had to be exactly the same...
Hm. Well, if someone crashes out when trying to connect to a server, you know why. |

Well, I set a time for tomorrow. And in whatever time the board is following. But that would have to be done on the afternoon around 15:00-18:00. I would have goto bed at 00:00 my time so... |
