Ive been hacking megaman x3 for some time, there is no editor for it yet but I know Elixirnova was working on a level editor but was unable to get some graphics from the rom due to a special compression. I could share some datas I found with you if you want. |

Yes, this does belong in ROM Hacking. *moves* I do believe there has been a MMX editor in the works, but don't quote me on that. The only concrete MMX programs I know of are password generators. |
