...still, I heard that generals is good if you have the expansion pack. But a game that you need an expansion pack to be good... 
And Generals just have a non-existant story line. Command and conquer games always had a storyline which I liked. Hell RA2 was intresting enough storywise, even if it did conflict with the first RA.  |

The last Westwood game was the RA2/RA2 expansion pack. Then most of the workers left and formed their own company. Plus, Lucasarts made tonnes of good games recently. |

It's the dream match up, although Westwood's certainly not the dev house it used to be.
They have proven that they're still more than capable to make a decent RTS, although I have the feeling that if it's like Generals, the fans won't like it.
It's the perfect oppertunity for a dev house with a recent lacking reputation, and a brand with a recent lacking reputation (bar KotOR) to once again prove themselves. |

Given that it is the designers behind the best RTS ever made, RA2, I fully support it and know that it will be brilliant. It will have AMAZING music, and it will be damned fun. |

Yep, I checked this out in my friends PC Gaming magazine.
It seems like it'll be pretty innovative, taking over planets, space battles, and no more tedious mineral mining or anything.
It's been awhile since I've really gotten into an RTS since Starcraft and Total Annihilation, but I think this game just might change that fact ... |

Petroglyph more like. I have actually looked on their site, considering that it consists of Westwood empoloyers.
And yep, Frank Klepacki is going to make the music. That alone will make me buy that game. 
See EA, when you kill an company. They will just rise from the ashes like that...
Heh, it's probably attracting alot of CnC fans now too, considering how CnC fansites cover this game news... |
