I know I could a new one. When it comes down to that, I may as well just get a new computer.

I don't know how much help I can get, especially since I have a mac, but there's no harm in asking.
And yes, my wording sucks, bear with me please.
Yesterday the microphone that came with the computer randomly started to not work. What happens when I go to do voice chat or to the sound test is the bar that tells how much sound its picking up, it's on full blast, even though I'm not actually making noise. the bar goes down slightly if I turn the gain down all the way, but it still doesn't respond to me, and it shouldn't do that anyway.
Does anyone know what the problem could be? |
