Yay! Two second places!
And I lost to good people, so it's good.

And yeah, I was going to vote, and I saw a whole bunch of stuff that I didn't ever try, so I didn't .

Actually I'm suprised it did myself....

LoZ:Lyra Islands (5 votes)
Loz:Quest for Calitia (4 votes)
DxOII (3 votes)
SMW 2+, Impala Cart Courses (2 votes)
SMB3 DX (1 vote) <---That one surprised me...

Hey, not my fault. I didn't even vote myself Yell at the other people.

Which is exactly why I called it pathetic. Hell, it even beat Quest for Calitia (Zelda 3) which has been in uberdevelopment for quite a while now and looks kick ass.

The voter turnout was pathetic. Hence my useage of the word in my first post.

Thanks bro, Shadic's hack has quality and it shows, besides like I said in TEK, I'm glad my hack was even nominated. & I can't wait for MN Part II *Cough Beta Tester, Cough*

Congrats to all the other winners of 2K4.

Like Xkeeper would say, How pathetic.

Mushroom Nightmare isn't a bad SMB hack either, maybe you should try it:

And yes, kudos to Googie, who helped it become the hack it is.

You all may have the best hacks, best gfx, or best level challenge awards, but I have the BEST ROM HACKER AWARD! Haw, I'm just kidding. There's a lot of talent in the nomination pool and I'm really surprised I got voted on the most. Sliver-X, Dan, Disch and others have great talents that rival mine and really deserved this more than I did. But I'm grateful for being recognized as the Best Rom Hacker and I hope to keep cranking out great hacks for others to enjoy for the this new year.

Well I have to give a huge Congrats to my boy Shadic for cleaning house with Musroom Nightmare, good work man! I also want to thank whoever voted for me if it was more than two people. I'm happy I won something this year instead like last year, when I was nominated for something and then the category got scrapped lol

I'm surprised Rob-Omb's quest beat other SMW hack contenders such as Luigi's Adventure and MarioWorldXSER.

Meh, don't worry about it Kasper. I'm not gonna commit suicide just because I didn't win.

The sheer fact that little to no one voted amazes me.

How pathetic.

(don't bother bringing up the fact I didn't vote. I just figured that something like this might have gotten a bit more attention. Having not played most ROM-hacks nor not playing many of the games, I didn't feel too much like voting.)

Ghillie, I hope you're being sarcastic. I obviously wasn't nominated.

Edit: Almost forgot, congratulations to the 2004 winners.

As I have said at TEK, Congratulations to all of the winners! Also, congrats to all of those who were nominated! I'm sure i probably would have gotten more results if I had given more information on my hacks, as well some of the screenshots.... but meh, im not worried too much. these guys worked harder than I did and they deserve it. Great work everybody!

Also, a special thanks goes out to CF for organizing all of this!
