I found these responses on another message board, GameSpot:
'Does editing the singles\config\game.cfg, setting the level of nudity settings (lon = ?) to some higher value (10) helps? (search the file for 'nudity' then you'll get it, at least for me)'
'Simple : Level 0 = censord, Level 1 = fig leave, Level 2 = uncensord. There are no more levels higher. '
so far, I found zero ini files, and only the number 0 for the nudity level had any effect. the effect being a black box surrounding the player. no fig leafs at all. |

*rolleyes* I stick with The sims 2, which is awesome as is thank you. (much better than the orginal The sims infact...)
The singles dosen't seem very intresting to me, it's more of a The sims game who just breeded with a dating game. 
And well, European countries are little less... caring about nudity than America is in whole. So i'm not surprised.  |

If I recall correctly, they censored the American release although the UK release was uncensored at first.
But yeah - they weren't going to recode the game so the .ini argument is valid.  |

As far as I recall, it's a simple matter of changing one of the flags in one of the .ini files. |

so, it's this sims rip off with a sexual twist. I bought for my friend for christmas. He described the demo that he downloaded to have actual nudity, but the game I bought him has blurred censorship.
Now what? sorta defeats the purpose of the game not to see anything. 
There are no options to turn it on or off. and Any nudity cracks, hacks, or cheats links just lead me to pop-up porn sites instead.
does anybody own or played the "fun" version? |
