Eh, you can get an American one or a Japanese one at most any ROM site. I, of course, can't give links. |

Did you press the f9 button to save? Better yet.. I think that you need to rename the map 16 files also.. I'm sure someone knows that part. I can't remember from the top of my head about that one. |

Ok, nevermind... I've added it and everything... But when I tried saving the data onto the Map16 thingy.. It said it couldn't load the file... It's driving me crazy!
Once again help will be very much appreciated! |

No, chris. You have to name it ExGFX80 or higher (80-FFF). Anything below 80 will not work. |

I mean't that when you grab a ExGFX file. You need to rename it to "ExGFX80" or any other number right beside the file or somthing that will be higher than 80. I could be a number that you haven't used or whatever. Like if you grab some from the Workshop. You'd have to rename them to insert them into the rom if you haven't already.
I doubt that what I just said helps.. But I thought that it was that as your problem.
Edit: Just made a few corrections.. |

Wait, Chris, What do you mean, Rename the EXGFX file? What am I supposed to name it as? |

"ExGraphics," not "ExGFX." And it has to be a sub-folder of the one your SMW ROM resides in (example, if your hack is located in C:\SNES\MARIO, the new folder would be C:\SNES\MARIO\ExGraphics; put your ExGFX files in there). |

This is what he is missing.
New>Folder
Name it "ExGFX"
Put your ExGFX in there. It wont automatically make one unless you extract ExGFX that arent there, in which case it makes an empty folder for you. |

Uhh, shit... I can't remember how to get past that with a clean Rom. That pissed me off as well when I first screwed around with that. Learning how to create ExGfx files is something that most people do when they're pretty new, and I've been around a long time, so I haven't done that recently. I really don't remember how get around that problem.
It's supposed to create the ExGraphics files (well, at least the Folder, since there are currently no ExGfx Files,... and then it sets the destination to read ExGfx from that Folder), but it's trying to look for existing ones first,... and there are none. |

Is the ExGraphics folder in the same folder your ROM is in? |
