I did have a pal rom *slaps self* I got the american version and it works great, time to rehack again |

Hmm, sounds like you're running the PAL (European) version of the game at NTSC speed ...
If that's the case, find a NTSC (American) copy of the ROM and that should fix it  |

I got a problem here while working
I started work on a SMB3 hack but when I went to test it on my nes emulator (nester) the music and effects sounded off and sped up and almost high pitched, I can't explain how this happened, I found similar errors when using nessie another nes emulator and fceu
any ideas what I should do? |
