Is that 400GB or 400Gb? 400GB (gigabytes) is a hell of a lot, I don't think I've ever seen one that big. But 400Gb (gigabits) is only 50 gigabytes which really isn't much. (I've never seen an HD measured in Gb, but I wouldn't be surprised with some of the sleazy tricks they'll do. 1K is NOT 1000 bytes! )

For starters, change the following :

Motherboard : ASUS A8N-SLI Deluxe
CPU Cooling (Why CPU only? And it's a given that the Aquagate blows) ) : Aqua Computer water cooling parts, off of http://www.snt-systems.com; cooling Northbridge, CPU, and GPU perferably with a 3x120mm radiator.
Memory : Again, a waste. I'd rather opt for 2x 512MB CL2 rather than 2x 1024MB CL3.
Hard Drives : 2x 74Gb Raptors on Raid0 for OS, keep other hard drives for storage, also on Raid0
Graphics : 2x XFX 6800 Ultras, PCI-e, on SLI

That should be sufficient.

EDIT : Just read some of your previous posts. Before you attempt to do this, make sure you know what you're getting yourself into.
