Even when I was an IE user, I hated the scrollbars. My hatred for the scrollbars has nothing to do with my browser. |

The size is fine, I'd rather have one that fits in 800x600 and looks small in the rest than one that fits just fine in 1024x768 but causes horizontal scrolling in 800x600 ... but better than both is one that stretches depending on the resolution 
Looks pretty good but the text is small ... but if you make it any bigger, not much would fit before having to scroll, which is one bad thing with scrolling layouts  |

maybe you can turn it into a no-scrollbar layout, people dont like scrollbars too much |

there seems to be a gap at the top..but it looks fine in 1024x768 to me. but it won't work in 300x200 (yes, that resolution can be used on this comp) |

Actually, IE has nothing to do with it (I'm using it, I really don't care what other people's preferences are in browsers), it's just a bit tiny for me, course then I'm used to rather larger layouts than the one you have and I'm using 1024x768...whereas a larger majority use a resolution much higher than that. |

Thanks. I'm using 800x600 and it looks fine. It's maybe 5 pixels short, if that. Odd that it's different for you. *shrugs* must be because I'm using IE.
I'm glad you like it. I realize it's a little small, the next one's going to be a lot more intense. |

Like the idea, but unless you're working with a res like 640x480, it's a bit too small. Just feels really compressed as a layout is all, but overall it looks good. |

I'm actually posting something here at Acmlm's. Amazing, isn't it?
Anyway, I made a new layout last night. I was tired so I didn't work on it too long. It's pretty basic and I guess a warm-up to tone my skills. I hadn't coded anything in ages so it took me a minute to remember how. After that it was extremely simple.
Anyway, what are everyone's opinions on the layout? I'll be making another one in the very near future, I'd just like to know how this one looks :/ |
