And it's on Mondays for like four hours at 7 on Sci-fi.

I would rather see them end now, on a good note and let Atlantis take over, then for it to stop when it started to get stale and old (but like that could happen). They are talks about another season after the one this summer, but it isn't for sure yet. Because if that was the case, they would have to worry about making two shows and that's a lot of work. |

Hammond wants to retire. Weir gets to be on the Atantis team (I still don't know how) since leaves the SGC without a commander. Since O'Neal wants to spend more time with his family and this is the last show he's gonna do, he's going to be in charge of the SGS next season, which gives him less air time. |

Thanks. I was afraid of that. Oh well, next season is the final one, anyway. Besides, I kind of like this lady that replaced him.
On a separate note, will any of the minor recurring characters be regulars on Stargate Atlantis? |

Don will be having a higher level job in the next season, but he will not be seen as much. Perhaps as a guest role. He wants to move on and spend more time with his family and friends. |

I saw where they replaced General Hammond with that lady. Is Don S. Davis leaving the show? Or will he get his job back?
