If by "complicated" you mean "really rather easy", than sure. You might just be going about things the wrong way

Y'know, he kind of does... I think it's the fact that the headband is blue that makes me see the resemblance. But head-banded anime characters with wild hair are a dime a dozen.

And this has got to be one of the most pointless things I have ever pointed out, but I wonder why you used the name "Netto" from Rockman.exe instead of "Lan", yet you used the english title of "Megaman Battle Network".

Okay, now I'll switch gears and talk about the mario hack itself. I think it looks out of place in the settings, and I will agree with the others when I say he needs shading.

He looks like a neat character as he is, but I think if you changed the backgrounds and FG and yoshi and all he would look excellent in a place made of the same art style.

When you release this "Lengendary Hero" hack, I'll give it a download.

I'll post an update when I finish Little mario, but I haven't had much chance to continue. I play final fantasy any chance I get . Anyway, once I finish little mario, its on to big mario and then the rest of the graphics.

Thanks for all the help!

great job, we all know how complicated is to change mario's gfx, it requires a lot of patience to do. Hope to see more screens soon

btw, any idea of changing Yoshi's gfx also? You have capacity to do it, if you want

Looks good .
It kinda reminds me of one of the Characters from RPG Maker 2000/2003.

Not much to gripe about here... maybe a bit of shading, fix the end pose... Yep, looking good.

Shading would definitely be good, as cpubasic and Kyouji pointed out I don't think there's anything wrong with the palette right now, but if you think it should be changed, it's up to you

Overall, it looks neat Nice job

That is a nice little sprite you got there. Although you could use a little shading (not a whole lot, but just some...).

Nice work. Hope the bigger version is much better...

Make sure you update the graphics style of the levels as well, otherwise your character will look out of place. Otherwise, it looks fine.

That's quite cool. Good job on that Now if you can give it a little shading for detail it'd be quite awesome.

I'd like to know what people think of him before I continue. All of Little mario has been changed, and here are a few poses. This palette will probably change once I am finished.

On Yoshi's back

Spin Jumping

Died from Koopa

End of Level Pose

Swimming

So far this is all I've done for my latest project, The Lengendary Hero.
