Being the fact that I just rented (and beat) Metroid Prime... Here is a poem about metroids  .
Metroids, Metroids,
What am I going to do.
Shall I use ice and missiles,
Wait! A power bomb for you!
These annoying little creatures,
Like to latch on to your head.
They appear to be so harmless,
And yet they will make you dead.
They always go after anything,
That moves in their line of sight.
They emit their high-pitched squeal,
And rush after you in delight.
So now that they're after me,
I think its time to run.
Before they latch on my head,
And my game is done  .
I cant believe I wrote that... in under 5 verses. (I have a habit of rambling a bit ) |

"My Pillow," by Shadic.
Oh, my pillow.
It is so cool.
It make me go wow
And yet it is covered in drool.
It's embroidered like a cow.
It lets me go to sleep everynight
and it supports my head
It is also very light
And yet it completes my bed.
Heh, okay, that was made up on the spot. ^.^
And no, my pillow doesn't have cow prints on it, it just rhymed. |

Air, you are so wonderful
You give life to me
Were it not for sweet sweet air
I'd die instantaneously
In my mouth and nose you go
Down into my lungs
Distributed to arms and legs
So I can wave and run
Air you are so magical
You're everywhere I go
I may never see you
Except for when it's cold
You give life to plants and things
You'll always be around
Until our Ozone layer's gone
And life comes tumbling down |
