Manga is still a fairly recent thing in Sweden, and anime is even more uncommon. Apart from a few shops that sell imported, overpriced american DVDs, your best bet would be importing. Or downloading.
Ailure: Yeah, I heard about .hack and CCS being aired in Sweden. Are they dubbed or subbed? |

Well, on TV you can see .hack and Cardcaptor sakura right now... if you have digital tv. 
File-sharing programs works too, that's how I get my stuff... and there is a few Anime's you can rent actually in Sweden.

You can get anime anywhere. Why not try shops online if you cannot get them in the stores? |
