Nah, they weren't hiding. The effects that I was using in WindowFX were preventing just those two windows not to show up. I changed it and everything is fine now.

That r teh suck. Try shrinking the LM window down as small as possible and opening them, maybe they're just hiding.

D'oh! I found the problem. Software conflict. I'm running WindowFX and for some reason it doesn't like the sprite and object windows.

It works fine for me, and I'm running XP Home SP2 Is the main Lunar Magic window set to be always on top? I'm not sure if it's possible for that to happen, but if it is, that could be causing the problem.

I'm running Lunar Magic v1.62 on Windows XP, and I can't get the object or sprite editor windows to open. When I try to open them, the LM main titlebar fades like it would if another window popped up, but no window actually shows up. I've gotten this to work on Win2k with no problem. Is there an incompatibility with XP or is this just a problem with my computer?

If I can't get this to work, then I'll probably just insert graphics manually. Is there a list online of the hex codes for all sprites and objects?
