You just answered your own question. If you know that what you want to do is called ROM HACKING, wouldn't the next logical step be to plug that into your favorite search engine?
Many newbies to the ROM hacking scene don't even bother taking that first logical step. That's the point Skiffles was trying to make. |

yeah, but if a person does not know the first thing about Rom Hacking, how does he/she know what to search for in the first place? Rom hacking is a pretty wide categorey and each topic can get pretty in depth. It's tough starting out not knowing anything. Besides, alot of research time gets wasted by reading through the bullshit you really didn't need to know, but read it anyway. |

I really wish some people would get off their lazy asses and search for shit, the information is all over the place, you barely even have to look to find it, the shit's available, you don't even have to look it's just shoved in your face and you still ask for it, I see this everywhere, people seem to want things handed to them these days instead of taking two steps forward and taking 5 seconds to scan for something, seriously, pisses me off. |

Well since I'm a beginner I don't know ANYTHING about rom hacking, what program do you use? where can I get it? How do you hack in the program etc. How did you manage to learn How to hack roms? |
