It's actually ~300-400 pixels to scroll, which can be a lot.

Avoid it with your life :|.

Also, try to have it a bit less than 800. Not much, but 800 will cause a fraction of sideways scrolling on those users that have 800x600 resolution.

Jeezus, you're right. I'm a total idiot. Thanks for reminding me of that, Xkeeper. I really appreciate it. Wow I hate it when I forget HTML

What the hell?

Did you forget about something?

Just do it the same way I did the empty bar on my site (this -- it's the little bar where nothing goes in after the sidebar)

You don't need an X by X image. Christ, I can't believe you all forgot about this...

<img src="URL to a 1x1 transparant GIF here" width=XX height=XY>

*Xkeeper bashes head into wall

NOTE: You can always just set "width=WIDTH height=HEIGHT" in the table tag, jesus...

Add an 800x1 transparent GIF picture. It should force a stretch.

Yeah, so I'm working on finishing up the coding on the new version of my site, FFFire.

Ok, so everything's going great, and the layout is a stretchy one. Anyhoo, I can't get it to stop and not go smaller. I want it to not be able to go under 800 pixels wide but it won't work

I use IE browser-wise, is that the problem? I know it doesn't recognize minimum height, but what about width?

If it does recognize the command, how can I get it so the minimum table width is 800 pixels. By the way, the page is coded using tables, if you coudln't figure that out by now

Oh, a link to the page might help:
