Uh, well, thanks for trying to help anyway with the problem. I'll see what I can do from here. Or I'll just scream really loud repeatedly. |

You need an account to post, sure, but you don't have to be logged in to post under that account. I used to do it all the time. |

Decimal thing? I think this is what you want to do:
1) Find the Map16 number of the block you want to replace in Lunar Magic. Say, 300, which is the first tile on the 3rd page. 2) Open windows calculator in scientific mode (View->Scientific), click the 'Hex' radio button, and put in the Map16 number of the block you want to use. Click the 'Dec' radio button, and that'll give you the decimal equivalent of the number you just put in. 3) The number you get as a result is the Map16 number you want to use in Blktool. In this case it's 768
I hope that's what you needed, and hopefully it makes sense. As far as getting new graphics to show up for the blocks, that's something I'm still trying to figure out

Using block tool is as simple as 1, 2, 3... 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9... 114... 292... 1528... Hmmm, you want to change your tiles, simply find the decimal value in the 16x16 editor, times the square root of the hypoteneuse of the third matrix in the 45th exponent of the dividend subtract the 8x8 tiles into the newly created tile... You should have no problem with that whatsoever... have a nice day!
Seriously... all else failed for me. I did manage to change the tiles but I ended up replacing the old ones (ie. the normal brick was replaced with sensitive brick) Where is this Decimal thing? |

It sounds to me like there's a file missing from your computer that the program needs to run I just looked in my Blktool folder, and there's no .dll file with that name, so you probably have to find that file and put it in your system folder or something. I just took a quick look on google, and I wasn't able to find anything, so maybe someone else can show you where to go |

Now, can you make a walkthrough like that for Lunar Magic? |

Uhm... Blocktool have got nothing to do with graphics. Nothing. Nothing at all.
By the way: Blocktool walkthrough: (May contain spoilers) The adventure starts in the main window. Use the menus to load a rom. It can be a bit tricky sometimes, but with the right timing, everything will be ok. Now, choose a block to insert. Finding the correct one can be hard unless you collected the clue earlier in the game. Now, input the MAP16 number in DEC. (There's a guy who converts from HEX to DEC in a nearby town for a few coins.) Congratulations! You beat the game! Remember to save before closing it down. |

I was thinking of working on my SMW hack again. I wanted to give each level some unique graphics. So if there is any kind of walkthru how to use block tool it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. |
