Oh... Oops, sorry. Well, anyway, I finished 8-1! So... I guess I'll release the demo now.
Edit: Demo released! Yay!
Edit2: Hmm... Why hasn't anybody replied? It's been at least a week. I have no idea what to do for 8-2. Any suggestions?
Edit3: Wow. Everything's all rainbowy now... anyway, I've decided to make 8-2 Woozy Hills. Everything revolves around Woozy Guy and is jumping. It's fun. |

Hooray! YIWT Progress Thread lives on! Expect a demo sometime after Kratos finishes his inspection. I think he's around 7-7... Anyway, due to my boredom, YIWT Demo w1.1 will also include 8-1. I think Eggvine is very useful, but I spent several days re-coloring it to have Yoshi colors. Now, if you squint your eyes,  it kinda looks like the real thing. I plan to start finishing 8-1... now. |

Of course it's not a bump, espciallly when there's enough edits to cover it to this point.
Anyway, it looks nice... it looks great, it seems like editing with Eggvine is simple enough, even with its lack of graphical showing... oh well, I guess that just encourages testing to make sure it doedsn't look like crap, wh ich in turn prevents craptacular hacks from surfacing XD
Anyway, it looks good. Mabye when it's complete (or dead  ) I'll try it out, I'd rahter not spoil it... |

Wow I came back to the boards last week and didn't see this until today. Looks like the hack is turning out great, can't wait for a public demo. (hopes that posting in this now isn't a bump) |

Interesting... it appears many people like snow. I have snow because you start at the Yellow Switch Palace and go down and up and down and up through the mountains. It seemed only natural to have snow. But, I bet nobody ever thought of a peaceful snow village level.
Edit: Good news, bad news, and a request. First, the good news. YIWT Demo w1.1 soon to be released as soon as Billakov Crunchy Nut gives me a report. Next, the bad news. Because of stupid exams, I will be off the computer staring the 8th in the afternoon until the 16th. Finally, the request. Please, if I am the last poster, check often in case I edit, which I usually do.
Edit2: I'm here again! Test results are 50% in because I only have 2 testers? Anybody else? Well, I'm going to make 7-5 a little easier by making gaps bigger and adding coins. Also, I'm adding a Message Block to 7-6. Crunchy has still not responded.
Edit3: I added a message block to 7-6 and coin markers in 7-5. Plus, CN responded! Yay!
Edit4: Well, it's the 8th and I can't do anything starting in a few minutes... I got Squash to test but I'm still waiting for Davis to respond... Bye!
Edit5: Awesome! A loophole! I can still get on the computer at school! Unfortunately, I can't do anything YIWT related.
Edit6: Well, I guess my mom changed her mind considering I could get on last night. I tested GY's SMW2+ and other things. But still don't expect any progress. As for 2-1, I think it will be a bridge level with Clawdaddies, Grinders, and Car bubbles.
Edit7: 8-1's name is officially "The Grand Yoshi Bridge." Where's everyone go?
Edit8: Davis is currently testing Demo w1 and I am 75% finished with 8-1. So far:
-Flowers: 3/5
-Red Coins: 18/20
-Stars: 10/0 (mid-point)

I guess this shows that the snow tileset is the best tileset... although I may use skiing in a different tileset... for some reason...

Well, I think I'll be releasing YIWT Demo 1.2 soon, involving 1-1 through 1-8 (Now 7-1 through 7-8). One last time (maybe): does anyone know the bubble jump? It is vital you do for 7-6 cannot be completed without it. I'll give you a hint: it involves bubbles and jumping.
Edit: Guess what? I finished 7-8! The boss fight is ridiculously hard. I originally had a watermelon but replaced it. Now I'll start Extra 7 which will be TOTALLY secret. Nobody will know unless they get to it, And those who do will be sworn to secrecy.  Expect a demo after its completion. Anybody want to be future testers?

-The name of the level is Bubble Cave.
-It is a sprite.
-It's not Barney Bubble.
Edit: 1-6 is finished.
Edit2: 1-7 is going to be an ice volcano, instead. I can't figure out skiing doors!

Oh yeah...I've been mixing a lot of level themes in one world that I didn't realize the original worlds have one central theme. I can't guess what the shape is...any hints? |

I know, but this is World 7, the Cave passage through the mountains in Yoshi's Island. Notice the light? That means it's finally morning. 1-7 is going to be a sky/skiiing level with a morning atmosphere with 1-8 being a castle... Anybody recognize the shapes in Bubble Cave? |

These screens look decent, but you seem to repeat the same level themes over and over again. Try doing a different type of level, so far you've only really done the blue castle, cave, and dark outdoor area. |
