Of course many manuals is in Swedish, but games usually includes an ingame tutorial.

There are a few translated console games, but most are intended for kids. I know the Harry Potter games were translated into every language. And I believe some soccer games were as well.

AC wasn't a 64DD game.

We never got FFT, and I don't think there has ever been any plans to port it. Like we never got and never will get any of the Chrono games, unless they get ported to the GBA.

I know FFTA (and Sword of Mana) are out in Europe, but I'm still not 100% sure on FFT for the PSX.

Final Fantasy Tactics Advance was released in Europa.

Aninaml Crossing and the e-reader are a issue on their own. But yeah, they sell the Australian PAL Version here. so, Ailure, if you wan't one. contact me. But it's about 100 CHF.

Kururin Paradise is a Japan Only, I imported it and just played it again today. It's much more fun than Kuru Kuru Kururin. With minigames and more and more challenging Levels.

I think Alcom has it to budgeg-prices.

Here the Links:
Kuru Kuru Kururin (GBA/J)
Kururin Paradise (GBA/J)

Oh, I almost forgot, we Europeans got Shenmue 2 for Dreamcast!

There's no reference to it on GameFAQs, but I thought FFT was released in Europe for sure...

Another Square game we were screwed on is Final Fantasy Tactics. At least, it's never been released here in Australia anyways.

Eh, it gives me an excuse to emulate it then on my PC. I'd like to play the game, but there is no way I'm going to chip my PS2....

Well I heard about an promotion they did in France about Animal crossing.

And there is an pal version of Animal crossing, in Australia.

They have blamed on translation issues. And that reason pretty much ignoring the english speaking countries in Europe + the ones who is pretty good at English, such as Sweden.

Another issue was Cultural diffrences, we don't celebrate the same holidays in Europe, and the diffrent countries in Europe have diffrent holidays. (but most peopole probably dosen't mind celebrating them here ~_~)

I hope it really happens this time, or I ask Bouche if he can buy and send the game to me...

It's beyond me why Doshin the giant isn't released over in US.

Hadnt' played it, but it's an port of an 64DD game...

And you get a FEW releases before us... Shining Soul II is one example I can think of.

No idea why Doshin was a Euro-only release - it's translated and all so I can still see Nintendo bringing it state-side as a budget release. As for Kururin... we were supposed to get the sequel but I haven't seen THAT around.

But there are examples of games, never released in the US, there are few, but thei're not so bad.

Doshin the Giant (GCN), never played it, don't have it.
Kuru Kuru Kururin (GBA), cool game, I really like it, got it about 2 Weeks after my GBA (both Jap-Import), First I didn't know it didn't made it to the US.

Actually, Pokemon Green = Pokemon Blue US, to clear that up. The original Pokemon Blue was never ported here.

JaCory: Everywhere got Pokemon Green. Japan got Pokemon Blue, which we didn't.

I have to say that Europe does get the short end of the stick. That's too bad... Some great games are developed there (Worms...).

Sofie - Quebec was in a really tight spot a few years ago. The ruling Parti Quebecois (separatist party) accused certain game companies of violating the language laws because games weren't in French. Sega threatened to pull out of Quebec entirely as a result, but the compromise was that only the manuals had to be bilingual. Imagine if that applied to all games...

i would skip the extras any day for more games to be released, and i didnt even get the ffx bonus disc cos the store sucked

most of those extra's are in the American games aswell.
So far, the only game I've played that had extra's that the US version didn't have, was FFX.
It would be nice if we'd just get the games; most people buying games here play the English version anyways.

That must really suck for PAL gamers.. i thought you guys would have liked the games better because some games come with extras.
