Well, there wouldn't be any specific tools for that game, but you may want to get your hands on a hex editor and tile editor to start. Then read up a bit so you feel confident in what your about to do before you start. That would be for the SNES game. You'd likely have a tought time with that PS game though, might want to start off with International Superstar Soccer.  |

What game are you talking about? What system is it for?
