I hate FFR mainly because of the penalization for hitting a key without there being an arrow, and the timing being off at times.
However, DDR > Pump. They're both good. |

Oh Pump...yea the fifth arrow makes it a pain in the ass. :\
But then if you've got Autogenned StepMania...you can get better at it. But doesn't that work on diagonal arrows and the center? |

You mean stuff like Pump it Up? I hate that game, I like DDR a good bit more. But surprisingly it still sees almost as much use as the DDR machine at my local arcade. |

If you like DDR arcade, definitely avoid the Korean look alike machines. They're terrible. Though they have 5 arrows, which includes a center pad, the music is grating and annoying. But that's Korea for you... |
