Well the Simpsons also has some really good voice acting. Hank Azaria does some of the best voice acting I have seen on any animated show I have seen. He does so many voices on the show. Also the person who does Fry on Futurama has a really good voice and I bet he does numerous voices on Futurama. |

I like Futurama's Voice acting.
Billy West has done a TON of stuff. He plays Frye, the Professor, and Zoidberg. He also played Geeker from Project G.K.R, the Bee from Honey Nut Cheerios commercials, Bugs Bunny in the new cartoons, Stimpy, and Doug Funny. He's also played alot of bit parts in a bunch fo video games and cartoons.
John DiMaggio plays Bender, but he also played the voice of Wakka and Ronso in Final Fantasy X
But yeah. Cool shit. |

Bender and Homer go hand in hand. Although I like Simpsons better, Futurama is still very good |

Futurama is an awsome show. I still stay up real late to watch it on Cartoon Network now that it does not come on Fox anymore. But I heard Family Guy is coming back to Fox really soon! |

Arwon - I'm european, so there are no TV differences. We're in a different region, but that's nothing a quick DVD region hack can't fix. |

This is one of the few shows that make me wish that I had TV. |

After a few years of the Simpsons, it was somewhat a dissapointment. I did dig the Crabdoctorguy though. |

I've seen a few episodes on paid TV, but it wasn't real popular there either.
I guess I'm one of a few people in Australia that enjoys it.
It came back and they finished its run, give or take a half dozen episodes, earlier this year. Matters not, though, as I have all 4 volumes on DVD. Eeeeeeee. The commentaries are excellent.
Taryn, you should be able to find them in good pop-culture-media stores (BORDERS?) or off their websites. Try HMV for example. I got mine variously in Targets and K-Marts.
Elmo: We actually got the Futurama DVDs releases here BEFORE America got them. Some weird legal snafu I think - Europe and Australia got them first. Plus she couldn't import them anyway due to region and TV format differences.
Also: Futurama is one of the greatest cartoons ever produces. Works on so many levels. |

Bleh, I used to have Cartoon Network, but we never had Adult Swim. I think Aussie Cartoon Network is different to US Cartoon Network.
Bleh, I shall have to resort to using the intarweb... |

*nods* I have all the eps on DVD and I tend to re-watch it from time to time. Too bad it was so short lived....but I guess its better that way before it went south....if that's even possible. |

The show is very funny, in my opinion. I don't think there's a single episode that I don't like.
I don't know everything about the show, and I won't be able to point out most details from memory. I still love it anyway. Any other Futurama fans here? |
