I know there is a patch that assigns motion tilting to the D-Pad for Wario Ware, however I'm unsure of its whereabouts

Wario Ware is the only Game with a Motion Sensor, the other, Koro Koro Pazuru Happy Panechu uses a Tilt Sensor, and Boktai a UV-Sensor.
