Well, duh! You overwrited pages 0 and 1. You need to change the page to a blank page first or you will mess things up. If you don't know how to change the page, read the help file.

okay I looked and couldn't find anything that helps...
DETAILED DESCRIPTION: Well what happens is first, I get the ExGFX and called it ExGFX83 and I hit the yellow mushroom button and then go to supre bypass and hit bypass, and then load ( in FG3) ExGFX83 file. then I go to the 16x16 editor and hit F3 and it loads. but for some reason it messes up and is totally crapped up grahpics! also I hit F9 in the 16x16 editor and it totally messed up EVERY levels graphics! why does this happen?

You already asked this same question about a week ago, and it has been answered countless times in the past. Look through old threads, read the stickied threads, read LM's help file, and if you still can't figure it out, post a DETAILED description of the problem you're having, not just "it messes up." That doesn't give us ANY clue as to what you're doing wrong.
