Ah, wait, I've found the winner:

"Chou Aniki: Bakuretsu Rantouden", a fighting game where a bunch of gay men fly around and beat up each other. Yeah. Scary little game.

No fair getting your answers off i-mockery.com.

Actually, it was Something Awful. But yeah, I didn't find the game myself.

Oh man...I can't believe I forgot about Incredible Crisis. Rando and I saw it at some random pawn shop for $10 a couple of years ago and, not knowing what it was, figured that it looked interesting, so we might as well get it. Considering that we had lots of fun with it and it's supposedly rare, I'm very happy that we picked it up. That massage minigame is especially messed up.

Vib Ribbon here too.
The bunny just freaked me out, and so did their own music <<;
It was pretty cute when it counted in Japanese though

Vib Ribbon - Best game EVER.

I got past that level on "Incredible Crisis" though, what I hated was that after you stopped the lift once, it would fall AGAIN!

Yuke yuke Troublemakres aka Mischief Makers is Fun, have the Intro-Theme as my Windows Startup Sound, since I bought the Game back in 1999 or something.

Hmm.. ive actually owned a lot of the games mentioned, which probably makes me a weirdo.

Vib Ribbon was definately weird, but fun... I feel bad I sold it now.
And you're right Elmo, that level on Incredible Crisis was too hard. Ive never got past it.
I think Go!Go!Mischief Makers was a weird little game, as was Puzzle Fighter 2 Turbo. I mean, fighting with blocks...

And Bishi Bashi Special is just wacked out. Ive never played anything quite as ridiculous, but for sheer weirdness...

Point Blank on the PS1. The whole style and RPG mode was insane, everyone was mad or crazy, and the enemies- from gun-practice boards to stuffed toys- talked to you in English.

And Parodius was wacky too. But I go for PB's RPG mode.

VIB Ribbon is a truly peculiar game, in my opinion. I have, however, played a lot of games in my day... so I'm not sure if I'd call it the most peculiar game I have ever played, but it is pretty weird.

Stretch Panic/ Freak Out. (PS2)

By FAR

You controlled a mystical scarf and you killed the baddies in one level (which were women with VERY large breasts) by tweaking their nipples and snapping it back on them. The storylline was cool in a Freudian sort of way, but Treasure were taking some illegal substances when they designed that game

Wario Ware (GC) kicks arse. I've been to level 96 on the Metroid Microgame Kills your thumbs though.

Incredible Crisis (PS1) is also a bit strange that Lift/Elevator level is EVIL!

Ok!

- Robotrek (SNES)
- Mystical Ninja - Starring Goemon (N64)
- Banjo & Kazooie (N64) (A bird in a backpack? )

JJ & Jeff for the TG-16/PCE was just... A wee bit ahead of it's time. (If you haven't played it, think Adventure Island combined with poop and slot machines and toilets.)

There's a flash game out there called "Naked Hero 3".

Completely messed up, though not for the reasons you'd expect. It's supposedly a lot like Wario Ware.

Earthbound Zero, or as I prefer to call it... Mother is the only RPG game that creeped me out. Thought it's very hard.

It's still beyond me why more RPG's aren't in a modern "X-files" style like Earthbound. ~_~

Gun-Nac or Wario Ware (GameCube). I can never cut the steak properly.

...oh, wait, I can. I've NEVER lost that one.

Take Plaque Attack, for instance. Protect teeth against evil food. Yeah. It's actually a pretty fun game, too.

Earthbound is weird in a different way. You could probably put Conker's Bad Fur Day in the same leauge. And of curse, there's the Discworld point-and-clicks, which are just.. well.. odd. Fun though, but near impossible.
