Okay, I'll PM you whatever we Kirby fans (at Kirby's Rainbow Resort) want to change.

All the text in the game is composed of images in order to get rid of restrictions, that and they are lazy and the GBA is made for lazy people. Many of the game's text images are compressed which will provide a thorough pain to some, if you don't know GBA pointers then give up now while you still can, or learn them perhaps, being that the GBA is so easy to hack no wonder it's number one. Oh yeah, I almost forgot to mention the tile mappings used for many things like ability discriptions which need to be changed along with graphics replacement for the text, should there be errors there. If you want I could do this for you if you remind me of everything that's screwed up, there's a plentiful amount of things and I'd never remember.

If you have edited anything over the 16 megabyte mark, it won't be included in the patch.

making IPS patches with Lunar IPS or applying them to roms of that size is no problem, I attempted to make a GBA rom hack once (damn compression did it's work too well)

I'm having some trouble when hacking Kirby and the Amazing Mirror (EUR) (I'm from a Kirby community). Well it's not a real hack since it won't have any graphics or playability changes, the hack will be more like a translation error fix on the enemy names (those ones under the enemy's life bar).
The problem is: SearchR2 does not find any match for the letters' hex and therefore I can't make a table for Thingy.
I even tried looking at the rom via frhed, but I found nothing than junk and the alphabet various times in the file.
Could someone help me?

Edit 1 (10/16/04 22:59 GMT+1 DST): Another question. Since Lunar IPS can't patch files over 16 MB (or that's what I understood), I'm not sure if making an IPS of the hack would work fine, rom's size is exactly 16,777,216 bytes (16,0 MB).
