-Fat neck
-Head is too squished
-That abdomen must hurt. Make the slopes of the sides steeper

-It looks like the chain pile is floating. Think you can fix it?

Yeah, that's my number one problem, proportions.

I need to study more art tutorials on drawing people I guess. And something on shading could help too. Thanks for the comments guys.

The first picture looks a little odd-shaped but the second one is pretty good.

not that bad...the shading is pretty good for pencil--although some proportionality needs to refined

It looks pretty good actually. The first one does seem a bit squished, but its still better than what I can do.

heh, the first one looks like you were laying your head down while drawing it; like it's a 2D image held at an angle or such. the second one looks pretty nice.
