-Fat neck
-Head is too squished
-That abdomen must hurt. Make the slopes of the sides steeper

Yeah, that's my number one problem, proportions. 
I need to study more art tutorials on drawing people I guess. And something on shading could help too. Thanks for the comments guys. |

heh, the first one looks like you were laying your head down while drawing it; like it's a 2D image held at an angle or such. the second one looks pretty nice. |
