And, finally, I'm at the last dungeon. DarkSeraphim (Seraphic Radiance) match was so easy, I finish him off using ONLY one Fifth Key  Oh well, it looks like a bit like Devilman to me (much more different than the look from SH1) 
As for Kurando, I got the Ogre FM for him as well. Its doesn't look that good as well, just like a kid wielding a huge blade T_T |

Too bad you get her kinda late then :-/
I remember I liked Margarete for that, because some of those bosses were pretty good at conceiling their element

ermm, well, Karin's Sword Arts are pretty good. Moderate damage and can deal a lot of hits(which is useful when used in chaining combos). As you collect the Nibelung Scene script, it could power up the Sword Arts.
As for Anastasia, how well she is depends on how many skills you manage to capture from monsters. So far, I got only 2 skills  But the Snapshot skill she had is pretty useful, since you can know the total HP and elements of each monster(including bossess  ) |

but I'm not getting him for his first FM (kinda like you don't keep using Yuri's first lvl FM either); I read his second one outclasses Yuri's best FM. And he just looks damn good.
Joachim looks like that muscleflexing guy in FMA -.-;
Does Karin have any good skills? And Anastasia? |

When you have the access to level up the FM, I strongly recommend to level up the Fire FM as fast as possible, since at Level 10 and Grade MAX, it IS stronger than Amon(in the same level), plus the Fire FM has one final nasty skill, "Inferno" which whack up 15 hits and could easily deliver 1000+ damage (with Atk Up, of course)  not to mention the skill is "uber" cool XD
Unlike SH1, you will get a Point Card at a very early of the game. What is Point Card? It enables you to get discount and markup at the shop. You start off at level 1, which could only do 10% DC and 5% OC. As you collect points through purchasing stuff, you can level up the card. At level 5, you can do 50% DC and 25% OC; which means, you can start trading And this time, you can straight away do the 50% DC ring, no need to spin the extra 4 rings before you reach the final 50% DC ring (which is the best changes in the game )
Even though Kurando can use FM, but he got only 2 FMs I got only the first one now, and it was a beautiful goddess of moon  However, compare to Joachim, Kurando is better since he got similar attack power to Joachim yet had relatively higher Agility But so far, bad thing about the first FM is, the strongest spell he got is a "Light" element spell, which kinda ineffective when used against "light" element bosses :/ (Joachim wins at here.. since his Muscle Art doesn't have any element.. ) |

After reading through pro's and cons of characters, that's very likely to be my party too, whenever I get to the part they're all available and I actually have it XD
Yuri because he's probably the best character again, Kurando because he's the samurai guy (and he has FM too ), Karin because she seems to be overal good, and Anastasia because she's cutest and a decent magic back up. That, and Gepetto weirds me out. Add Joachim to that too
There's absolutely no way I'll use Lucia, because she's too random for her own good. |

Some sort of equipments that have different spells in each crest, and by equipping the corresponding crest, you can use the spells within the crest Sorta like Materia in FFVII
Now my party changed to Yuri, Karin, Anastasia and Kurando Major kickass when the 2 FMs chained up combos together XD
*can't wait to get Neo-Amon and Seraphic Radience*

hmm, don't feel like using Geppeto(puppeter), Blanca(Wolf) and Lucia(fortuneteller)..
Geppeto - His skills are useless; doing one hit and does not hit hard
Blanca - Do a few more hits than Geppeto, but still, no match with Joachim(masked guy) XD
Lucia - Aside from looking secksay(big boobs XD), her Aroma and Tarot card skills are pretty useless
My main party is consist of Yuri, Karin(the female hero ), Anastasia(Princess) and Joachim. With this party, I can chalk up 50 hits combo easily oh, btw, everyone can use magic in here by equipping Magic Crest except Yuri and the katana guy(both of them use FM)
Karin - Sword Arts; moderate damage, but lots of hits
Anastasia - Kinda like a BlueMage, use skills from enemies/monsters
Joachim - Mustle Arts(Wrestling) XD
As for Kurando(the katana guy), I just got him, and he is pretty empty(not much skills), however, his FM looks nice and got pretty nasty Spells if the FM if leveled up |

Are there any playable characters you don't like using? And who do you use?
I really dig the kid with the katana, and Anastacia looks very cute (probably magic user).
The guy with the butterfly mask creeps me out though. |

Yup, the new FMs are very cool, they got 3 stages, Grade 2, Grade 3 and Grade MAX
I personally love the Fire FM very much, since at GRADE MAX, it appears like an Ancient War Cyborg XD Even Amon is not as cool as it (its name is Fides at Grade MAX)
Its weird to know that Albert Simon lives in Yuri's memory though
As for now, I had defeated one of the King of Darkness, Asmodeus , and now heading towards to defeat the other one. Astaroth (the 3 King of Darkness are Amon, Asmodeus and Astaroth) Not far away till I'm completing Disc 1 |

The 6 basic FMs in SH2 were totally DIFFERENT from the FMs in SH1
The only remains are Amon and Seraphic Radiance, but both FMs appear in new design
There is one more new added FM, Neo Amon, which appears as an OPTIONAL FM
EDIT : As for the cameo, I'm not sure yet, since I haven't come across any of them... Looking at some FAQ it seems that Margaret appear in SH2 as well |

A few familiar faces appear in SH2, such as Roger Bacon, Albert Simon, Amon(one of the FMs) and the Golden Bat(appear in Keith's sidequest in SH1)

The game shouldn't take you more than 20 hours (max). It's awfully short, but the atmosphere keeps it going.
