Mugen needs some configuration before it works, but i dont know anything about KOF. It doesnt work here either. |

What's strange is that if you go about 20-25 threads down it becomes 5-6 months ago :\

The problem with this forum is that there's a very small a amount of threads, so if you only go down 15 or so, you'll already be in the threads from two months ago. |

It will work on WINDOWS XP you just need to get
the special version called Winmugen |

Get KOF91 first, and, once you get good with that, move on to mugen. They're VERY similar, but Mugen's harder to use. BTW don't get Mugen if you have Windows 2000 or XP, 'cause it won't work. for Windows 98/95 get Mugen at Mugen Guild. |

for 'GOD THIS IS TOO DAMN EASY' beginners you have the KOF91 2D fighting engine...
another one but it's more advanced is the worldwide known M.U.G.E.N. engine..
these 2 can help you make games kind of like Street Fighter, SNK's King of Fighter's and stuff like that..
You also have more complicated for my tastes fighting engines such as Fighter Maker 2000 i guess it was called...
MUGEN is the best one.. though i haven't worked with it, it has to be one of the best...
