Open the LM "Direct Map 16 Acess" located in the "Add Objects" window. See which is the number (in hex) that you want to use for the block. Fire up the calculator, put the hex number and see which decimal number it is. Close Lunar Magic. In Block Tool, add the block you want and enter the decimal number in the dialog box and save. When you add new blocks, don't delete the others from BT list.
Sometimes you may have to change the block to behave with other action. Enter in 16x16 editor and click at "16x16 properties". |

What on earth do they mean by map16 number? I know the tile adress, but what is the number for? Whenever I insert tiles and follow the rest of the directions, but mario has a block inside him and the blocks don't act right! PLEASE HELP! |

Useful resources for SMW hackers (NEWBIES: READ THIS FIRST) This thread links to it. It's stickied. There's no excuse for you missing it. The only logical conclusion is that you're mostly incapable of reading on your own and demand all the answers be delivered to you, which is odd because typing this up would take much less effort than checking the stickied threads.
